You can download the Photoshop document used in the video here. However if you are like me and are very lazy, check out this image tool created by TechCrunch reader Trevor Farbo. This tool is named Piccut, it will allow you to upload a desired image that you would like to use for your profile picture. Once uploaded to Piccut, the software will then cut it into correct pieces that you will upload in order to Facebook and achieve this task.

High Dynamic Range Imaging (HDRI or just HDR) is a set of techniques that allow a greater dynamic range of luminance between the lightest and darkest areas of an image than standard digital imaging techniques or photographic methods. This wider dynamic range allows HDR images to more accurately represent the wide range of intensity levels found in real scenes, ranging from direct sunlight to faint starlight. Multiple photos of the subject are shot in varying exposures then placed into specialist software that combine the images and make a single image. HDR photography can make the unattractive photos look more appealing and attractive; and if taken properly, HDR photos would seem to be captured from a different perspective. In HDR photography, all the images are properly exposed and this is the reason why HDR photos look so appealing. Here i have a showcase of beautifully taken HDR pictures for your inspiration. Some of them might look over-photoshoped or fake, other might be too colorful or surreal. They are just great HDR photos. You will probably love these HDR photos as much as I do.
